Shipping policy
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
US Domestic Shipping ONLY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7 - 21 business days and are shipped via USPS. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
AHURA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Address
Anytime an order is shipped incorrectly due to an error on our part, we'll replace the order ASAP. If you supply the incorrect address at checkout and it is returned to us, we can re-ship the item for the standard shipping fee. PLEASE NOTE : We are unable to replace orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses given at checkout.
Lost Packages
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
